Limitations of Liability
- Khocars Tours shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during trips unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of Khocars Tours.
- Participation in trips and activities is at the customer’s own risk. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.
Force Majeure
- Khocars Tours is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
- In such circumstances, refunds or alternative arrangements may be offered at the discretion of Khocars Tours.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are required to disclose any health issues, disabilities, or special requirements at the time of booking to ensure the trip can be appropriately tailored to their needs.
- All customers must adhere to the safety instructions provided by Khocars Tours staff and are expected to follow local laws and regulations.
- All customers show proof of valid insurance, vehicle tax and valid driving licence.
- All customers must provide valid Breakdown cover that covers all countries visited on the particular trip.
Safety Information
- All customers must obey local road laws and regulations at all times.
- Customers must follow the guidance of Khocars Tours staff to ensure their safety during activities.
- Khocars Tours reserves the right to refuse participation in certain activities if customers are deemed unfit or non-compliant with safety standards.
Liability Waiver
As a condition of participation, all customers are required to sign the following waiver before embarking on any trip:
"I acknowledge and accept that participating in the activities provided by Khocars Tours involves inherent risks, including but not limited to travel-related injuries and unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all such risks and release Khocars Tours, its employees, and its partners from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other losses, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct."
Insurance
- Khocars Tours holds public liability insurance to protect customers during trips.
- Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance that covers cancellations, health-related incidents, personal belongings, and unforeseen events.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations:
- Customers who cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
- No-Show Policy:
- Customers who fail to attend the trip without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
- Trip Alterations:
- Khocars Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen factors.
Accessibility and Special Requirements
- Khocars Tours strives to provide fully accessible travel experiences; however, certain limitations may exist based on third-party service providers or the nature of specific activities.
- Customers must notify Khocars Tours of any accessibility needs at the time of booking to allow appropriate arrangements to be made.
Health and Safety Compliance
- Khocars Tours complies with all applicable health and safety regulations in the United Kingdom and the regions where trips are conducted.
- Vehicles are regularly maintained, and all staff undergo appropriate training to ensure a safe travel environment.
Risk Notices
- Activities involving driving or other physical exertion carry inherent risks. Customers participating in these activities must agree to the following disclaimer:
- "I understand that driving activities and related events involve potential risks, including injury or property damage. I agree to abide by all safety instructions provided by Khocars Tours staff."
- Khocars Tours reserves the right to exclude customers from participating in activities if they fail to comply with safety measures or instructions.
Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement
- Khocars Tours values customer feedback as part of its commitment to continuous improvement. Customers are encouraged to share their experiences and suggestions after each trip.
- Any complaints should be reported to Khocars Tours staff immediately or via email within 14 days of the trip’s conclusion.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from participation in Khocars Tours trips shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
- In the event of a dispute, Khocars Tours encourages resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
